Seamless connectivity with our TorqueStar Plus, TorqueStar Pro and IQVu-2 data collectors, as well as TCI lineside controllers, enables real-time data capture and traceable fastening results for both quality control and production applications. When temporarily out of range, the wrench continues to record torque and angle data, storing up to 200 readings internally and automatically transferring them once reconnected, ensuring no loss of critical quality data and no interruption to production.

Built for demanding environments, the WrenchStar Multi is point-of-load insensitive, reducing the risk of operator-error and improving repeatability across multiple shifts. FOD compliance makes it particularly well suited to aerospace assembly and maintenance applications where contamination control is critical.

A range of interchangeable wrench heads are available, including Crane Auto-ID heads, which automatically compensate for head length without manual setup. This reduces changeover time, increases job coverage with a single wrench and minimises the need for multiple torque tools on the assembly line.

Clear operator feedback is provided via a bright OLED display, 360° LED status light ring and vibration alert, ensuring correct fastening from any viewing angle.
