TCI Multi Lineside Controller

The TCI (Tool Control Interface) Multi lineside controller allows the user to connect up to five digital torque wrenches to be used in assembly production. The WrenchStar Multi torque wrench can be connected to the TCI Multi at the simple push of a button.

The TCI Multi enables easy set-up, management and diagnostics via web browsers and ‘Jobs’ can be selected and sent to the WrenchStar Multi to be operated. Torque reading results are then communicated back to the TCI Multi which can be viewed on a PC or web page. The TCI unit accepts Open Protocol commands via Ethernet to select and send the ‘Jobs’ to the wrench.

The TCI Multi has a web status page that allows the user to monitor Ethernet properties, RF properties, message logs and the wrench status. The web page also mirrors the last torque and angle readings from the wrench and their torque status (LO, OK and HI). LED lights on the actual TCI unit show real-time status of the individual wrench connections.

Connection of up to 5 Crane transducers is also possible using the Rfm wireless connection device.
