Readings Capture

Readings Capture is a basic and easy to use software program from Crane Electronics that allows you to easily transfer vital data to your PC.

Using Readings Capture, you can connect your Crane data collector or lineside controller to your PC and easily transfer and export your torque and angle results and readings. The transferred data can then be converted into a useful spreadsheet format.

Please note. Microsoft Excel is required for the Readings Capture software to operate.

TCI Multi Lineside Controller

The TCI (Tool Control Interface) Multi lineside controller allows the user to connect up to five digital torque wrenches to be used in assembly production. The WrenchStar Multi torque wrench can be connected to the TCI Multi at the simple push of a button.

The TCI Multi enables easy set-up, management and diagnostics via web browsers and ‘Jobs’ can be selected and sent to the WrenchStar Multi to be operated. Torque reading results are then communicated back to the TCI Multi which can be viewed on a PC or web page. The TCI unit accepts Open Protocol commands via Ethernet to select and send the ‘Jobs’ to the wrench.
