The DR-2208 and DR-2508 non-contacting torque transducers are active sensors with integrated measuring amplifiers. They offer a range of output signals: analog ±5V (standard), ±10V (optional) or digital outputs via RS485 or USB.
The non-contact transmission ensures maintenance-free data transfer between the rotor and stator, without signal distortion. Optional integrated speed and angle measurement is available for most non-contact models.
Mechanically, these transducers are available in two types: with bearings or bearingless. Bearingless models eliminate the risk of friction-induced measurement errors and are generally designed for higher rotational speeds.
The DR-2208 and DR-2508 non-contacting, dual range torque transducers are active sensors with integrated measuring amplifiers. They offer a range of output signals: analog ±5V (standard), ±10V (optional) or digital outputs via RS485 or USB.

Digital versions are divided into two categories based on their interfaces: RS485 and USB. RS485 transducers offer excellent noise immunity, even over long cable runs. USB transducers, on the other hand, require no additional measuring amplifiers. They connect directly to a standard PC via plug-and-play. Before first use, simply install the included USB driver along with the configuration and analysis software.
Typical applications include screw-driving systems and test bench applications like the evaluations of components such as engine, drivetrains, gears, bearings and seals — particularly in scenarios requiring high-speed continuous operation and standardized signal outputs.
The DR-3000 non-contacting torque transducers are active sensors with integrated measuring amplifiers. They offer a range of output signals: analog ±5V (standard), ±10V (optional) or digital outputs via RS485 or USB.
Thanks to the non-contact signal transmission, measurement data is transferred between rotor and stator without physical wear, maintenance or signal distortion. The DR-3000 transducers are also available with optional integrated speed and angle measurement.
Mechanically, these transducers are available in two types: with bearings or bearingless. Bearingless models eliminate the risk of friction-induced measurement errors and are generally designed for higher rotational speeds.
The TLS and TLSM torque transducers provide accurate torque measurement at speeds of up to 15,000 rpm. These transducers have a contactless and digital signal transmission from rotor to stator for complete and accurate torque measurement. It is therefore highly accurate and maintenance-free.
The range has integral signal conditioning providing a ±5V analogue output, with an option for+/-10V. Optional speed and angle measurement is also available for sizes up to 1000Nm; this is a 2 x 360 TTL pulses/rev offset by 90°. For sizes above this, the option for speed is 60 pulses/rev.
The TLT rotary torque transducer provides a budget torque measurement tool for a variety of applications, accommodating for speeds up to 10,000 rpm.
The TLT transducers have a contactless and digital signal transmission and integral signal conditioning, from rotor to stator for accurate torque measurement and maintenance free operation. The TLT provides a ±5V analogue output with a ±10V option. Shaft keys to BS4235/ DIN6885 are also optional.
