Auto Transducer Switching Box

The auto transducer switching box enables up to 5 torque transducers to be connected simultaneously to either of our TorqueStar or IQVu-2 series of torque data collectors. The auto switching box allows the user to select and switch between each transducer individually through the data collector’s menu system.

The transducer connectors are numbered 1 to 5, each with its own LED light which identifies to the operator which torque transducer is currently active. A further LED light on the box illuminates if no torque transducers are connected at all.

The auto switching box makes operation more efficient, eliminating the need to manually connect and disconnect torque transducers to your torque data collector when required. The TorqueStar and IQVu-2 will also suggest the most suitable torque transducer for a specified task, from the transducer information available.

The auto transducer switching box eliminates the manual switching of transducers, saving both time and effort; ideal for testing a variety of sizes of assembly tools, torque wrenches or auditing various fastener sizes.
