Neil McDonald retires from Crane Electronics Ltd after 21 years.

Today, on the 29th April 2025, we said farewell to Neil McDonald, our Technical Director, who is retiring after 21 years at the company.

Neil joined Crane as Engineering Manager in 2004, leading the department to greater heights by combining his calm and systematic approach with his vast intellect and knowledge. He then moved on to become the Engineering Director and then Technical Director, a role he held until his retirement.

Neil has been a pivotal part of the company through his time here and he will sorely be missed by everyone who has worked with him over the years, leaving a gap at Crane Electronics that will never quite be filled.

We wish you all the best of luck and hope you enjoy a long and happy retirement Neil!
