Complete with multiple communication options, advanced torque measurement software and the ability to seamlessly transfer auditable data between systems, the IQWrench3 is the most advanced digital torque wrench to date for industry leader, Crane.
Its precision torque and angle measurement capabilities, integrated with an improved storage system, battery life and advanced data collector, means the IQWrench3 equips manufacturers with a first-class torque measurement solution.
Speaking about the release, Adrian Duffin, Managing Director of Crane Electronics says:
“At Crane Electronics, our mission is to use our industry experience and knowledge, combined with revolutionary technology to create tools that enhance the work of manufacturers across the world – and the IQWrench3 does exactly that.”
“The IQWrench3 is the latest model to join our torque wrench collection, bringing with it the same state-of-the art features that come with all Crane Electronic wrenches, while taking user experience and torque measurement capability to a whole new level.”
“Our IQWrench3 will not only improve product quality and performance, but it also supports industry safety standards, helping to heighten brand reputation.”
Specifically designed for those working in automotive, aerospace, construction, marine and rail, the lighter weight IQWrench3 is equally robust and durable, blending practicality with unrivalled reliability and efficiency.
Together with its Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) display, along with its new LED torch and 360-degree light-ring, the IQWrench3 can adapt to any setting, allowing users to accurately take clear readings within both light and dark environments.

Manufacturers can easily navigate their way through the IQWrench3’s user-friendly software, of which is integrated with the latest advanced torque measurement modes developed by Crane, including Peak, Click, Track, Audit, MoveOn, MoveOn Advanced, Yield and Retighten.
All data can not only be recorded on the wrench but seamlessly transferred onto a PC or system network too, allowing for regular auditing, report production and assembly traceability. While the versatility of the IQWrench3 is highlighted via its capability to communicate across multiple customer systems and controllers.
In addition to offering users a range of exceptional new features, the IQWrench3 comes with the many benefits of fellow Crane Electronic torque measurement solutions, including Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Compliance – designed especially for those in the aerospace and automotive industries – and Point of Load ‘insensitivity’, allowing torque to be applied from any position on the wrench.
As with all Crane Electronic torque digital wrenches, interchangeable adapter heads with ‘Auto-ID’ are also available for automatic length compensation and allowing for multiple job use with just a single wrench.
The IQWrench3 will be available in two versions, the advanced ‘Quality Auditing’ model or a ‘Production’ version, both of which will deliver the same exceptional performance but each designed to suit different departments within the manufacturing process.
