Service Center USA Crane Electronics Inc. has appointed Richard Haywood as Customer Services Manager.He will be in charge of the fully equipped calibration laboratory and repair centre in Moline, Illinois. It is ISO/IEC 17025 compliant and certified to ISO 9001 and traceable to NIST standards. Richard has over 15 years experience in torque calibration. Before joining the team in Moline he managed the calibration and service centre at the parent company in England. He is also implemented torque calibration centres traceable to national standard in Sweden and the Czech Republic. This experience will be invaluable in his new role at Crane Electronics Inc. |
